BBK 80MM on ls6

BBK 80MM on ls6 Is it me or do they cause a much louder sucking sound from the airlid? A friend loaned it to me whilst my TB is being ported. What kind of power difference has anyone actually seen between this BBK and a Shaner TB? It definitely feels like I picked up some HP. Then again, it's sat the last 3 weeks waiting on my tranny rebuild.

OH, meant to say mine is being done by Shaner. I was just wondering if anyone has compared the two since I'm driving around for the next week with this BBK. I started it cold (20degrees) this morning and it stalled twice and idled like crap. Sure hope it's that BBK.

Yea, I just popped that piece loose about 2 feet back in the throttle cable and had to adjust it as the throttle was about 1/10th open when I just installed the cable on it. I kind of thought it may have picked up some mad HP. I could buy it from my friend pretty cheap. It idles ok when warmed up.
