Default pacesetter = easy

I was very, very surprised on how easy it was to install these headers... didnt have to notch the k- member , didnt have to take out the starter.. loosen engine mounts.. it was straight forward. The hardest part was putting on the exaust... "borla getting the i pipe liked up" But the installation took 4 hours... thats even BSing... im pretty pissed though it started raining... didnt get to slam the gas, but you deffentaly can tell better throttle response and revs up faster... btw i have a 02 A4

Hopefull this will wake my cam up

Iam glad to hear that the install was that easy for you, Iam going to be installing mine in a day or so. I really want these things to go in easily for me. How high did you have to get the car in the air?

yeah, the install isnt that hard, and when you get it all buttoned up you get a sense of satisfaction that you did the install yourself. i bet it sounds great of you have a big cam with a 112 or so lsa.

My buddy just had some pacesetters installed with an ory and cut-out. It tucks up so tight, that when he goes WOT, it rattles like a machine gun, and is one of the baddest *** sounds I ever heard, esp. with the cut-out open.
I want my LTs to do that

That's awsome. I have a set in the garage waiting to go on my 01.
I have a question for you. Did you order them with or without air fittings ?

Did he use the pacesetter ORY? cause my TSP ORY hit the bottom of the car like crazy but it also scrapes over speed bumps. It hangs real low on the driver side.
