Good experience with TSP/Pacesetter
A few weeks ago I was driving back to school from my home town. About 1/4 of the way home I heard a hissing sound coming from the engine bay. I just about knew where it was coming from.
I pulled over and popped the hood. Sure enough, there was a crack in the weld that holds the EGR tube to the exhaust header.
So, I e-mailed TSP (Jason) and asked them what to do. They instructed me that it was under warranty (I bought the headers last May) and to call Fred @ Pacesetter.
Today I got in contact with Pacesetter, and they are sending me a new race-style header to replace the cracked one.
Hey, I'm happy about it. I thought I was out of a set of headers.
So, kudos to TSP and Pacesetter for making my day. Now to get this thing installed.
