Flushing coolant
Flushing coolant how do you drain all the coolant out of the block, well I mean all of it? I know how to take the coolant out of the radiator. Please help because I tried taking it out but I only did the radiator. I know there is more in there because I put water in the recovery tank. Please help?
you know what i would do is let that coolent drain out of the petcock valve in the radiator let the motor run while you have the cap off filling it with fresh water once everything seems to look good drain your water out tighten your valve and fill with the proper anti freeze/water mix.
once your motor gets to temp it will circulate the coolant which will leak out of the valve in the radiator. if you cant start your car right now my only other suggestion would be a shop vac in the waterpump hole in the block
