Question Electric Water Pumps?????

I was wondering...did anyone install a electric water pump on there LS1? And if so how much power did you pick up... Its kinda expensive(around $500) and am still debating if I should pick one up......Thanks Jason

Doesn't appear to be a good investment. Unless you're just trying to get every last HP you can.

Only worth it if ur trying to keep the car cool. My buddy picked up about 4rwhp/tq but his car runs a lot cooler.

i dont look at the dyno or the power you gian from it. Im on juice and even though im on juice I like my motor running cooler... espcially if you do alot of freeway highspeed high shifting... i can say though that my rpms went up a tiny bit so it must be freeing up some hp to raise my idle..

oh yeah dont ask me about how much hp i have since i havent dynoed it since who knows when and how many mods later lol and i dont run at the track either for 1/4 mile times...
