Default differant header mean differant sound???

I did a search and could not find a thread that had this.....i am really looking in to headers and seen the price differance in say pacesetter and QTP LT's. I know the reason is because of stainless, but i was wondering if this makes any sound differance. It will be going through a catted Y, and GMMG exhaust. I know i should just go with stainless but I just want to know if the sound will be differant at all because that is one hell of a price differance? Any input appreciated...Thanks

Sound vs. rust/corrosion? Get the stainless. Any sound difference will be minimal.

I beleive the only reason for sound difference will be the fact that some LT's are "tuned length".

i would rather go the stainless route but not sure i can afford that...I am thinking about the hooker LT coated...I was just curious that all about if there was a sound differance.
Thanks for the input

The only case where sound would be different, would from a different primary size, say 1 3/4 to 1 7/8, from my exp. At least get coated headers, and if you have the money, go ahead and get stainless, they will be worth it in the long run for sure.
