Does it make a difference on which 02 sensors you use for the LT's? , I used the rear ones....

You need to use the front ones. The rear ones only measure CAT converter Efficiency.

Your factory front & rear 02's are the same sensor. I found a factory defect on one of my front sensors so I replaced it with a rear when I installed my headers with out any probs whatsoever.

Don't know about that.....

I used one of the rears in the front on my WS6 without issue, it was like that for about 2 years. The wire was a better lenght so I swapped them. Never caused me any issue, and the readings were in line on a-tap from bank to bank. No SES, no tuning issues, no running problems from doing this.

I'd have to say yes, in my experiance it's fine to swap them around.....

Yup, the sensors themselves are the same.

you can use the rear sensors in the front locations as long as the connectors on the ends of the sensors are the same. 04 vette's have different connectors for front and rear applications. To use the rear sensors in the front locations on these cars you have to have an adapter to convert the male plug on the o2 wire to a female plug in order to plug the rear o2 into the front o2 harness.

Sorry man, but this is bogus info. The actual sensors are indeed the same. The different part number is only because the rears have a longer pigtail. However, in your defense, the computer only reads o2 levels from the front o2 sensor locations... dosnt matter what sensor you use, just matters where its plugged in.

The usual replacement for o2 sensors with LT Headers is to use the rear o2s from a vette. They have a 24" pigtail so you dont need to use extensions, and they have a higher wattage heater which help the sensor function better in the cooler exhaust stream. (The exhaust gasses cool off as they travel through your header towards the collector and the sensor). These cleared up my insufficient switching codes my car was throwing. I used bosch part number 13111 from autozone.
