FAST intake & TB question?
FAST intake & TB question? I have a 78mm intake and a 78mm TB. My problem is that when I install the TB the intake flange is over 4mm wider on each side than the TB. My intake has 5 bolt holes and my TB only has 3. Does this sound correct? Has anyone else experienced this issue? Thanks in advance.
I called FAST and they said that the 5 TB bolt hole intakes are 90mm. My intake has the 5 bolt holes, but only measures 78mm. I'm going to run it by Speed Inc on Friday and see what they think.

Hi Folks
I can only tell you that the 90mm has 5 bolt holes and so does the TB. I can also state that the TB does not fit cleanly on the manifold. You have to line it up the best you can and lock it down.

The 90mm TB and Manifold has 5 holes - if you put the bolts thru the TB into the manifold, there is a great of slop and you can put the TB on crooked. There also appears to be space around the TB, the manifold extends pass the TB. I guess it is no big deal but when you put it together, just make sure you line everything up right - that is my only point.
