Default Maf????

I currently have a granatelli maf /w cold air tuning...I have done many searches and have read that the best MAF is stock, but I am going to a 90mm intake/throttle body soon and was wondering which Maf to use? I have read the 80mm pace MAF's and the delphi 80mm Z06 MAF's are the best for tuning which I will have done to my car..Which MAF should I get and where from?? I have searched on google for the delphi z06 maf and cant find anything....All help would be great..............Thanks

I don't know other than stock which would be best. All I know is that the granatelli is junk. My cousin and I took his truck and one of our friends to Nelson to get street tuned both with the granatelli, and Nelson was seein the same on both trucks the MAF was sending some bad signals throwing off the timing on the trucks... just a lil piece of info off the subject...

Get the SLP 85mm MAF, it can be tuned. Just make sure you tune it right after the install, it made mine run pig rich.

Jason tested the SLP 85mm MAF on the dyno with a 90/90, saw a 2 rwhp gain.

LSUxBlake, you're setup is gonna get me in trouble. I saw a clip of your car about a month ago and it sold me on a FMS cam. Now I just ordered a 90/90 combo and I've called futral about a tune. After seeing the pics you posted of your port matched FAST I've been talking to futral about that too. Does it ever end?

Allan tuned my car yesterday and did a GREAT job. The first look at the A/F ratio looked all wacky because of that SLP MAF. He straightened it all out, and NAILED the idle (used to search between 300-2000 rpm). If I can think of anything else to make you spend your money on, I'll let you know

No, you dont need a tune. You could always just drive around with your car running pig rich, smelling like ***, and getting terrible gas mileage.
