Default need help.. how to get rusted pipes unconnected?

they were clamped.. slp catback, the driver side tip is clamped in the center to the left side or whatever, well the clamp is off, and im thinking that pipe is really rusted up, cuase ive tried everything to pull it apart, should i just go ahead and cut it, or is there some kinda trick? this is my friends t/a, im putting a borla catback on it for him.. , and hes not wanting his slp exhaust cut up even though its not worth 50$
