LS6 intake i have a 1998 trans am and id like to put a LS6 intake on it, bu how do i get rid of the egr valve? i plan on getting headers and possibly an hp tuner. But the engine will still throw codes and and not run right if i just order headers without the egr provision and reprogram the computer won't it? Thanks for your help.

Deleting the egr wont cause the engine to run any different. It might throw a code and turn on the ses light but thats it. It'll run exactly the same. AIR has nothing to do with the airconditiong. It just helps heat the cats when you first start the car. Removing that will not cause the car to run different either.
