White Smoke I noticed today when i left my car running...that white smoke was coming from the exhaust..i checked again when igot home from work, and alot was coming out still...and people keep telling me different things, so if anyone can tell em anything id appreciate it.
Check your coolant level to see if it's low...is the car running any hotter than usual?
I've always associated white smoke with burning coolant...possibly a leaking head gasket allowing the coolant to seep into a cylinder and then burning off...

i didnt even look to see if it was running hotter.. but i will tomorrow... iits pouring right now so i dont wanna go check any levels lol...i need to take it for an oil change so ill probly get them to look at whateve rit could be tomorrow... i just dont want them to tryand lie to me cuz i have no clue what the problem is
If you coolant is low, then you have an internal coolant leak. ( Blown Head Gaskets?) If you coolant level is ok, then it's just condensation(sp) in the exhaust and nothing to worry about. That happens more in the winter than summer.

It's probably condensation. If it's raining I'm sure you had a temperture change in your area along with a humidity change. That can cause condensation. But like technical said if it's really think, snow white in color, smells like ice cream then your head gaskets are shot and that's a bad thing.
