Stock exhaust manifolds. Which is best?

Stock exhaust manifolds. Which is best? The "tri-y" cast iron manifold on the LS-6 looks pretty good. I would guess that it's better than the stamped stainless LS-1 manifold. Am I right? And how do the LS-2 manifolds compare?
