I had BBK shorties on my 94 Formula LT1. I used the locking header bolts and the percy's aluminum gaskets and it worked awesome. Never had a leak, and like he said above, the gaskets are reusable. Guy at percy's said you can reuse them up to 12 times. I'll definitely be doing the locking bolts and aluminum gaskets when I get LT's.
my DD is getting the headers put on hopefully next week. have GM replacement header gasket, and stage 8 bolts. i only have the locking bolts so i never have to worry about it.
