low coolant light is on and no leak
low coolant light is on and no leak my low coolant light is coming on, the red box with an arrow pointing down.... i have put antifreeze in it 3 times and the light keeps coming on and the third time the tube over flowed. And the light is still on. I got under the car and didn't notice any leaks. Is it going into my block or is the sensor screwed up? Has anyone experienced this at all?
Is your car a 99? I had the low coolant light come on, turns out it was a sensor assembly (passenger side of rad near the top) replaced under warranty--not sure how many years this was a problem.

Mine is doing the same thing. I just replaced the coolant and the light is still on. I figured the sensor is phucked since the coolant was brown and shitty lookin. Maybe I just need to replace the sensor also.

awsome, I am in the process of putting in a 100 shot of nitrous and thought I had some horrible issue that was gonna set me back. Thanks for the good news. And yes it is a 99z
some people have had good results after cleaning the probe with a cotton swab and others like myself have had the lights stay off for a few days just to come back on again. You can try cleaning it, buying a new one at the dealer, or just unplugging the connector to get the low coolant light to turn off... like me
