Default stock spark plugs

I'm getting ready to install long tubes and will be putting in new spark plugs.
In the super FAQ section it lists Delco 41-985 (GM part # 12571164) as oem plugs for the LS1.
My owners manual lists Denso PTJ16R15 as oem plugs.
I have NGK Tr55's in the car now but don't care for them. I know alot of you guys like em but I've got a slight miss at idle ever since switching to them from the stock plugs. I bought the car used last year w/ 34k miles on it and I believe the plugs I pulled out were the original's. They were the Denso's.
I'm sure this is a silly question and it probably dosen't matter but I just ordered the Delco 41-985. So which is oem ? is one better than the other ?
Car is an 01 SS.

I think most cars came with Densos. Mine did and I replaced them with the TR-55's at about 40k and have been happy.

I loved my TR55s in my pewter car while it was N/A only. I switched to TR6s when I installed the dry kit and liked them as well. Good luck with whatever you go with.

thanks for the replies guys. I already ordered the Delco 41-985's, they were a little more than NGK's but not quit as much as the irridums-lol.
Like I said I'm not happy with the TR55's I have in the car now. We'll see how these work out.

Doing some plug research as I am about to change mine. How did the delco's work out?

Thanks,
