Default Is this sensor right?

Picked up this 02 sensor to replace my front right one. It's a Bosch # 13444. The last replacement one I used was from the dealer. Both the one from the dealer and the stocker unit is covered in that thick, black, mesh type sleeve. This one doesn't have that. Will this still withstand the heat of the exhaust? Or do I need to try and pull that sleeve off the stocker? Or is this just the completely wrong sensor?

Yes, its a correct replacement. You do not need the mesh webbing.
