Truck 85mm Tb

I WAS reading that certain gm trucks have a 85mm or 80mm TB that bolts up to our ls1 cars with no mods nessary .... the book didnt list the engine or the truck to look for to get this TB from. i was hopine one of you know what model to look out for??? Also would getting one of these out of a yard and polishing it net me any real power ?

Its the trucks with the LQ4 engine. Its a cable actuated 80mm TB

What's the part number on that throttle body? I've got an '04 LQ4 going in my truck, and need a mechanical throttle body for the swap.
