Default Electrolysis problem with Aluminum Head?

I am installing water temp sending unit. Is there a problem putting the Brass fitting in the Aluminum with electrolysis? Is there some kind of dielectic that has to be used?

Thanks. A G.M. tech told me some anti-seize would be good too.

yea...it could cause a galvanic reaction.

big problem in boats when the dumbasses at the boat factories put brass bushings into aluminum fuel tanks.

i doubt it will cause serious problems...but after 15 years on a boat it does
