[QUOTE=Scotty-Z]Wow, you'd better listen to some other catbacks then....

The SLP Dual-dual muffler is by far the quietest muffler out there without compromising flow. I've heard it on a large cammed engine with LTs and an ORY and it was just barely louder than stock at idle. Even when you revved it, it still was not loud at all.

[QUOTE]Scotty, you have heard this on my car

Best flow is easy to test on a bench but even still CFM @ pressure is still not exactly accurately recreating exhaust pulse or taking into effect heat. Some mufflers which out perform on the bench may not be best suited to a car just becasue of flow.

I can publish numbers of exact flow if you are curious .. i have some dynomax parts, flowmaster and MagnaFlow. If someone wants to donate shipping and some test parts i can test and send them back.

Magnaflow is pretty quiet w/ stock manifolds and cats, but with LT's and ORY it got much louder. The cam exemplified it even more.

Quietest muffler= stock
If you want a quiet set up i recommend QTP electric cutout and stock catback. All else variate depending on rest of setup.
I ran Magnaflow, Borla and Hooker, Borla was the quieter with plates, then Magnaflow and Hooker just terrorised the neighbours.
