About to put long tubes on a 99 trans am ..... can this be done in the garage ??? what tools needed do i drop the old ones out the bottom or top???

Yea, you can do it in your garage. I'd recommend getting a buddy to help you out. And yes, they go in and out from the bottom.

Basically just read JRP's thread that 02jax put up there, that should answer other questions.
