Default which spark plugs do you guys suggest?

Hey guys i have all current mods listed below and a few i dont think are down there, no spray currently. Im running the bosch platinum +4's and don't really like the fact that i can't gap them.

So what plugs and gap would you guys suggest? I think about two heat ranges cooler than stock but don't know what gap to run. mid .040's? or should i go smaller? All help is appreciated as i am not a spark plug guru.

Nate

I use NGK's TR55's gapped at .054! They aren't expensive and they work really will. Just my opinion!

Most will recommend the copper NGK tr55's. These are a great, cheap plug if you don't mind changing them every 20k and don't drive much. If you don't want to change them very often, like me, the NKG tr55 iridium plugs work great. They work better than the platinums, and last longer. They are gonna be like 6 bucks a plug though.
