Default true duals or ory/cut-out/catback

I was just wondering if it would be worth the few hundred dollars or so to change to a true dual system dumped. I almost always run with the cut-out open, and it is LOUD, but I need it louder. With the cut-out closed, it sounds like ****. I don't know why people bother with a catback, it just sounds like garbage, even on my cammed car.

Basically, I want a DEEP, mean idle with the cut-outs closed that has a little volume. I also want to run dual cut-outs as close to the headers as possible. How much louder would those cut-outs open be compared to just having a cut-out open in the I-pipe?

On my current setup, the open cut-out, although loud, sounds like a dump truck. No tone at all, just obnoxious noise and rasp, though I like it.

Fine. Next to open headers, just suggest the LOUDEST exhaust setup possible. Thnx

Man I love my true dual dumps. They are mac mids and love how loud they are. Really a good investment.

a set of lanes true duals with 12" dynomax bullets would be your best bet...
