Default Aftermarket Bellows Pics

Anybody got any. I'm installing a tb and an LS6 intake. I thought I might change out the bellows too. I'd like to see some pics. Thanks.

Any "smooth" bellows out there that are actually smooth? Meaning no large hump, just a flat piece of rubber with a slight bend, similar to what the K&N FIPK includes.

nope, you wont find anything like this for the factory air lid, it has to bend, just take a look at the offset in the 2 pieces

No, it doesn't have to have that large oversized hump. I realize it needs a slight bend to it to accomidate for the difference in height between the tb and maf, but is there anything that is actually smooth out there? Just take a look at the K&N FIPK bellows for an example.

I think the reason for the hump is to add flexability, Ive heard people with the fernco cracking their air lids because of the engine moving and the stiff bellow making the air lid move/crack too. I wouldnt think that hump hurts the performance very much

Yes probably 1-2 depending on setup but damn they are so much sexier than the accordian bends. Makes for a much cleaner appearance. That alone is worth it IMO.

I think that statement is misleading to the average person........having to stick it in the microwave isn't a "no problem" installation. Just my 2 cents.

I also have the SLP Bellows.
