Really stinks!
WHen my car is not moving, the smell of exhaust is almost overwhelming. I can't use the AC or Heater because the inside of the car will fill up with exhaust smell within seconds. With the windows down, it's not so bad, but it's still there. Believe it or not, there is no exhaust leak - it just really smells.
What do I change to get rid of this? Is it the cam? Is it the ORY? Is it a bad tune? Or something else? I'm looking at a MTI Stealth Cam and I want to get a catted Y-pipe regardless, but before I do that, I'd like to make sure I eliminate the smelly exhaust issue.

So it is the lack of cats that is the problem? Thanks!
I don't mind giving up a few extra HP to be able to breathe again. What's a decent catted y-pipe that will work with LT headers?

Get your car tuned. You need to go easier on the fuel/air mixture. Although my motor is stock, I never smell anything inside with the windows up or down and never get a strong whiff outside when the car is idling. And I have dumped true duals.

My car was tuned at Eastside Performance. I read another post where some guy was saying that a cam like mine would smell more. I think the lack of cats + my cam is the main problem. Going to the stealth cam with a catted Y should eliminate the smell.

Yeah, with a cam like that and a lot of overlap its not going to burn near as clean as a stocker. Combine that with an ORY and you're gonna get some fumes. When I first put my cam in it almost made my eyes burn. After some tuning its about back to where it was when I had the LT/ory with the stock cam.
