Default Headers VS. Dipstick

Long story short... Installing headers, removed dipstick tube cause I read it helps and physically saw it would help removing manifolds then installing the headers.

For those who have done this WTF!? I spent about 45minutes trying to feed it back down after headers were installed and couldn't get it. Damn thing finally got caught on something and I spent about 1 1/2 hrs trying to free it (it was caught on the very tip/end and I could not see it). So I destroyed the tube. Ended up cutting the tube about 1.5" above the flange, put a vacuum line cap on it, and stuck it back in the motor from underneath.
What in the world is the trick to getting the darn thing snaked through the headers? Yes, I'm gonna replace the tube very soon and try again.
Thanks,
Dennis

I was trying it by myself too, I figured that it was next to impossible. So I had someone help me out. It took all of 5 minutes to get it once I had some help.

also for anyone else trying to do this put it in place without the dip stick in it then put the dipstick back in after the tube is in place makes it a little easier
