There is light damage that can be seen in the picture. It's mostly cosmetic, although I have never used the manifold on the engine. I suspest that it will work as good as a production LS6 manifold. The engine that I have runs great. I have a small cam in it and I have trapped 121mph in my RX7 with a race weight of 3175. That comes out to something like 375 RWHP.
