The Loudmouth 2 is basically the same exact thing as the "Dynomouth" that many LT1/LS1 owners have been doing over the last few years...They start out with just a regular Loudmouth system and end up having a Dynomax Bullet muffler welded in place of the "resonator" that is a part of the Loudmouth I-pipe. Do a search on the Dynomouth and you'll find enough info to read for a lifetime.
BTW, the original Loudmouth is a little louder, but a little less refined...It might have a bit of rasp to it, but it only gets noticeably raspy when you add headers (and especially no cats; worst sound ever that way next to a wide-open Borla!) : But a Loudmouth 2 or Dynomouth will sound plenty raspy without cats as well FYI...
www.ls1sounds.com has plenty of good clips of both set-ups to help you decide too,
