Is a small header leak at the manifold a big deal ?
I just tightened them up yesterday after putting about 300 miles on the AFR's - I am finally getting my set-up tuned tomorrow.
I had very tiny black carbon "marks" on the each head above each manifold pipe. One or two bolts were loose on each side and I *think* the pass side may still be leaking. The bolts are tight as hell and since I was forced to re-use two stock bolts on that side I did not want to reaf on them excessively. I used new metal GM gaskets which are supposed to be the ****.
I'm just curious if this, coupled with what I think is a bad front o2, could be responsible for my sub 400 dyno.
I think it's running pig rich (still on the stock tune)
Any Thoughts ?

Hmmmm No tick here - before or after. No real noise at all even standing right above the engine. Very smooth, very quite but a *bit* more of an exhaust smell over the pass side (or so I thought).
I wonder If there is a real detriment to a small manifold leak.
