Default Head Coolant ports

Can you just block off all 4 of these coolant ports? I do not see a need in just running it to the radiator through the maybe 3/8" hose. I am just trying to clean up the mess under the hood. I may be completely retarded. Let me know guys

The two rear ports can be closed off but the two front connections still need to run in to the radiator to remove air from the system... if don’t already know air is bad in a cooling system.

Even if you got all the air out of the coolant system and then closed them off you’re asking for problems because if you ever did get any air in the heads then you would burn them up.
