First off, wrong forum. Second, that is a very subjective question. Some will say between a 3200-3500, and others will say 3600+ at least. Depends on your goals and what you plan on doing with the car. I am by no means an expert with converters, but i would probably go with a 3500 by TCI or Yank. Yank being the more expensive brand. I'd say if you plan on having mostly a street/strip car....go 3500. If you want an all out drag car.....go with a 4000...just my .02
