Default Part # needed for this thermostat please

I have a 2001 Z that had the engine replaced with a 2003 LS6 crate engine from GM under warranty. I wanted to replace the thermostat because I suspect that it is sticking and the engine overheats periodically. However, I cannot find the the thermostat anywhere. I went to three different auto parts stores and two GM dealerships and no one could find the replacement for the thermostat I have. The one that everyone carried was a single piece, thermostat and housing cast together, while mine is two seperate pieces. The replacement one also had these clips that held in the thermostat which make it to wide to put in the block. They checked between 98 to 02 Zs with no luck. They also looked at 03 and 04 Vettes with no luck. Here is the thermostat and housing from my engine. If anyone knows what the part number is please let me know. Thanks.

That looks like the new style thermostat, for the new replacement water pumps - it comes apart from the housing right? See this thread, there's a pic of what it looks like separated from the housing. Don't have a PN for you though. www.ls1tech.com/forums/showthread.php?t=285224
