Question about Ported TBs

Question about Ported TBs I just installed a ported TB on my car, that I bought from an guy on here. Everything is hooked up and I"m throwing no codes but it seems that when I take my car out of gear and let it coast to a stop, like a read light, the RPMs stay higher then they use to. Is this normal or did the porting go too far?

Everything seems to be sealed up well after the MAF, I will check agian though, and I don't think the blade is drilled for a larger cam, but I will check that too. Thanks

Just to clarify...Turning it down is making less of the screw stick out correct?
I just noticed something else with it. When I come to a stop, a dead stop, it takes maybe a second or two for the idle to drop where it should be normoally. Still the screw? Someone said that I would have to have the computer relearn the "0" for the TPS. Is this the case?
