coil pack relocation wires
coil pack relocation wires hey guys..im wanting to relocate my coil packs...im getting tired of pulling them off everytime i need to do somthing..what wires are you guys using...i know they are the lt1 style or somthing..i also realize thunder sells a kit but i dont want to pay that price..i can make my own brackets i just need to know what type of wires to buy...i also know that i could search this but since my search hasnt worked right in what seems like forever..i cant search anything ..every other day my search says problem with database...i dont know

Yea, the search craps out a lot. I'm not sure what database is behind this system but whatever queries this VBulletin uses are ridiculously inefficient.
I know MSD sells long plug wires for our cars. I got a set by mistake and they def looked long enough for the coil relocation project.

I bought Taylors from thunder. Making the brackets was easy, I like them better than the kit. The coil ends for the boots while made for an LT1 do not fit the LS1 coil quite right. They are a little small. If I could buy pre-made wires somewhere I would but do not think anyone does makes them.(Getting the boots on sucked)
