If you were to take the air pump out of the car and delete the codes, would their be any HP gains?

You clean up the engine bay and get rid of that annoying whining sound when you just start up your car.

What he meant to say was... NO. No HP gains. Just a diet of roughy 10lbs (if you remove the pump) and much cleaner engine bay.

Ditto on that, NO HP gains but a hell of a lot cleaner engine bay.
