I second that....I would definitely not have knowingly paid $200 more for a couple of wads of metal cardboard. These things don't even resemble cats. Jet Hot catted Y

I agree. I had the Jethot catted Y and when I pulled out the cats and replaced them w/ the offroad pipes I could not believe how much they quieted the car down w/ them in Guess that's the only thing they are good for.

Ed, sending you a PM. Sorry for the delay, when I tried to respond earlier, the website was down.

Unfortunately, I agree too. I was hoping they were going to be more like the FLP cat-optional y-pipe.

I definitely like the concept of being able to change them out quickly, and not replacing the whole damn ypipe. But ****, I could have stuffed my ypipe with cardboard. And saved $180...

I feel like a bukkake victim.

I have the JH catted Y as well. The only reason I went with cats was to get rid of drone, rasp, and minimize smell.

They do that. Sure they aren't much to look at, but if it works.......

We figured it out!!! All we need to do to minimize drone, rasp, and the smell of gas is to stuff our ypipe with cardboard.

We could start selling Drone & Rasp Eliminators. They will be 3 inch cardboard inserts that you place in your y-pipe. Easy to install since they will slip right in where the headers meet the y-pipe.

We'll make a CARB legal one also to easily convert ORYs to CARB legal Ys, without having to cut and weld a cat in there.
