car running rich with true duals?

i had sweet thunders put on my car last week in a true dual setup over the axle. no cats so there really is no restriction, the car has been tuned. can the car run richer with no restrictions?

Since you've been tuned, you don't really have to worry about the a/f ratio changing very much.
