Wierd Problem, What causes this?

Wierd Problem, What causes this? Everyday when I leave work in my 02 z28 m6 I have the same problem, and only at this one spot. Leaving my parking lot and going into the culdesac, the parking lot is a little higher than the street so for about 5 feet your drive down at an angle. Not overly steep, but steep enough that i have to go slowly so not to scrape the front end.
Now after I have gone down and all for wheels are on the flat street. I ease the clutch out and hit the gas to drive off. But every day the car stutters. It accelerates in waves. It last for a good 1 1/2 to 2 seconds. Its the strangest thing. Sorry for the long read but any have an idea what would cause this? My car is only under warrenty for the next few days.
