Borla catback/FLP Headers debate
Here is the debate:
1) No cats and running 100% exhaust through the muffler with cut-out closed.
2) High-flow cats and running 100% open cutout - no muffler.
Which option will yield more horsepower do you guys think? Also, leaving the cats out and using one of the partial plates is not an option because it is way too raspy and sounds like ****.
I'm thinking one advantage to having the off-road pipes in is that when I do go to the track it is much faster to drop the plate out of the exhuast than to try to remove the cats at the track. So at the track, I would be able to run a completely open exhaust.
