Having issues with ASP pulley and gates A/C belt.

Having issues with ASP pulley and gates A/C belt. I did some research and found that I was to use a K040378 Gates belt for the A/C. The belt will not fit. Its way too small. The belt that came off was a Gates K040410 and its waaay too big.
This belt is too easy to install for it to be a mistake of mine.
I measured the belts and theres a 1.5" difference in the two. How can the K040378 belt not fit if thats what everyone is using?
What am I missing here???

Maybe get a belt right in the middle, like a K040390?

When I was searching for belt part numbers on here, the ones that were supposed to be right were no were close. The boxes I have here in front of me show the A/C belt to be 37.8 and the Large belt to be 70". These are for a 25% underdrive.
