The 'stat will just open earlier and the fans will come on as normal.

Is the Jeep Rad as large as the Corvette/Camaro ones?
Check the belt tension.

I am not sure on how big the radiator in a Camaro is, but mine is 30" 4 core, so it is pretty damn big. I checked the belt tension, and it looks fine. Thanks for the help!!

Your radiator is plenty big.

What kind of exhaust are you using? It could be a combination of your tuning, plus the exhaust (I'm guessing it's pretty much open) creating a very lean condition. Especially if you used a hypertech or similar tuner.

I am tunning shorty BBK headers, 2 1/2" pipe, 2 Flowmaster 40-series mufflers. It is pretty much real simple and not but a few bends in it at all. I have not tuned it yet, and am thinking more now that that might be my main problem!!
