Ported MAF ends: what are their measurements?

Ported MAF ends: what are their measurements? I'm installing a FAST LSX with their 90mm TB; I'm also gonna throw my ported ends back on the MAF. From what I've read, the stock MAF measures 75 mm, what does it measure with ported ends?
Since I'm gonna have Kooks 1 7/8" and all this open intake, I figured why have a choke at the MAF
