poly motor mounts and trans mount
i know this maybe a stupid question, but will it hurt my car and cause knock if i use both polyurethane motor mounts and trans mounts. i've heard that if you run both poly mounts on the motor and trans that it could cause knock. is that true?

my car is a 99 z and i bought some energy suspension motor mounts today. they are the clam shell type. i don't know if that is the type that i need, but i didn't argue with the salesman. is this the type i need. they are just the insert. you use the metal clam shells from the stock motor mounts.
