Default Difference b/t 98-99 and 00-02 LTs??

ordered my LTs from texas-speed this weekend, but they are out of them - and my motor is being rebuilt next week so i need them asap (i didnt' see the gp till this weekend otherwise i woulda gotten them alot earlier). All they have in stock at the moment are 98-99 LTs, will those fit on my car? What is the main difference?

Yes, but will require block off plates for the A.I.R. system.

Actually, 2000 uses the same too (usuallt woth a bit of required bending).

The 2001/2 Headers are without the air injection tubes.

98-99 has AIR tubes and EGR
00 AIR tube were rotated ~90 degrees from previous model.
01-02 have no EGR
All models have AIR tubes

I have one of the original Hooker LTs for F-bodies, back when they only had 98-99 models. I simply heated up my AIR tubes and rotated them to work ... or you can buy 98-99 air tubes from a dealer ... and then used a block off plate on the EGR. Simple!

Just get the race style and rip out the air/egr systems. Or get whatever you can get your hands on and block off the connections. Seriously. No reason AT ALL to run air/egr. You only need them for emission purposes and once you get longtubes you aren't emissions legal anyway. When you get the car tuned or get access to a programmer to delete the rear O2 codes (if you aren't running cats) have them also delete the air/egr codes. It saves weight from the front end, leaves you with two fewer things to go out later and makes working in the engine bay that much easier since that crap is out of the way.
