Default How to remove silicone???

I used silicone as a gasket on my FLPs only to find out it kills O2 sensors. I've got new sensors now so I need to get all the silicone off. Is peeling it all off enough or do I need some type of solvent also? thanks

Brake cleaner will soften it up if you can't peel it off, and you can use a fine wire tooth brush if its a real pain.
