The only legal headers are shorties. The exhaust is not supposed to exit beneath the vehicle, so dumped duals that a lot of us run are pretty much illegal.

You might be able to get away with CARB legal shorties, stock cats(aftermarket cats are technically illegal 
), x-pipe and duals over the axle. I think I might have heard though, that even changing the exhaust configuration(single to dual) is technically illegal. I'm trying to run a cali legal setup, however most people even in california run longtubes and true duals.
