HELP Im having a cooling problem please help.

HELP Im having a cooling problem please help. Hey guys i bought a 160 thermostat for my car and installed it i had the fans reprogramed. Here is where i need help i also have a yank 4000 stall with a b&m cooler, the cooler also runs through the radiator instead of just running through just the tranny cooler. When i had hp tuners hooked up to the car the water temp was consistently sitting at 225. my question is do you think since the tranny cooler lines are running through the radiator and having that big of a stall do you think the extra heat from that big of a stall is making my water temp that hot or any other suggestions.

yea my 160 stat has my car running at 200 and my fans never go off, even on the freeway. I dont really feel like working with the cooling system just because its so messy and a pain in the ***.
