Default TSP ORY install

Well, I'm going to try to get the Y in tomorrow morning and wanted to make sure there wasn't anything I needed to know before hand to save some time here and there. Does anyone have pictures of theirs that shows where all the clamps and what not bolt on?
Thx

Getting all of the pipes into each other was the harders part me. It took me a while to install mine, mostly beacause I had to wrestle around with it to get it in right. Might want to unbolt the catback and move it back a little bit. I did not need to do this, but it might help you out.

I don't have my borla on right now... just have the open long tubes. Do you have any pics of where all the clamps go and everything? That's the main thing I'm not sure about.

Thx

Since I just installed this I figured I'd help you out and take a couple pics. The car is on the ground so it is kinda hard to take pics.

The red arrows are where I put u-bolt clamps and the white are where the band clamp to the headers is. I would use band clamps everywhere if I had them.

I'm in the middle of the installation right now... I have everything good except for the pipe marked L-1, it doesn't seem to want to clear the frame. Did you dent in the frame or pipe?

Exactly what I wrote about in the Pacesetter y pipe thread.

You are gonna have to angle the L-1 pipe downward by twisting it while on the header so that it rotates it to where it clears the floor. Another thing you can do which is the better option but more work is to cut away the reinforcment on the floorpan that you are hitting. That will give you about 1/2" more clearance. I would also look into flattening out the pipe in this area. Dont worry. A little flattening is not gonna hurt flow.

Remember, once you get it to fit you still have to worry about it banging when you step on the gas and the engine moves. Poly engine mounts will fix that.
