High pitch noise at wot before shift

High pitch noise at wot before shift

Can someone tell me what this might be ?

It only does it just before the car shifts . I have a auto.
Could it be the belt slipping to make a sqealing sound ?

mine did it as well on my 95 lt--it ended up going away after a couple months--i never did figure it out.
