Weird whistle...

Weird whistle... Okay guys, need a little help here. I have this weird whistle sound that is coming from my engine all of the time. It seems as though it stay the same pitch and volume no matter what RPM I am at. It seems as though it is coming from the front of the engine, but it is not from the air lid, MAF, or bellow. Could it be the EGR tube, or the AC or something?
Just a little background also:
I recently replaced all the power steering stuff, then a leaking water pump. The pump had leaked onto the ac stuff, and either the idler or tensioner pulley was squealing from the antifreeze that got into the bearing so I removed the ac pulley. This whistle has been there through all of this. I know a lot of LS1s whistle especially with an air lid, but this is really loud. Thanks for any help.
